Main Menu Lag and unable to join up with party members due to the lag

Hello , 

I am facing a lot of main menu lag issues which causes me to be unable to play with my friends. For example: 

• Loading into main lobby menu takes about 1-2 minutes and it takes another 3-4 minutes to load the character icon on the top left.
• Loading into party members lobby/team takes about 10minutes or more.. or sometimes doesn't load at all.. In some instances , I don't get loaded into party and I am stuck loading.
• When loaded and queuing into games, I always get left behind 80% of the time while my friends enter the game and only being in the lobby.  

New Update: 

• I am now getting Unable to connect to EA Servers. Although my connection is very stable.
• Getting Code Error 408 non stop as well 

Not sure what is happening but I do know that on my end I am able to load and launch other games with stable connectivity without any issues. Would love some help on this!
