Member Pre-Processing

With each mode change (Ex. Mixtape to Unranked) or return to lobby my search will not go past <<Member pre-processing>> or the option to “ready” will be greyed out. 

I’ve tried re-installing the game and  changing servers but the only solution currently is to close & open the game after every match.

Is there a fix?
