Micro and macro stuttering screwing with gameplay

Hi there, I've been having the same problems and it has plagued me for the past few days. I've tried many many options from AI and google and finally I think this one has worked for me. I came across this post here Apex Legends stuttering 5 minutes after launch | EA Forums - 12392648. My problem was with the driver for the Realtek PCIE Ethernet Controller even though I'm on WiFi. Once I disabled that, so far there has been no more stuttering. Hope this helps you as it helped me. Unfortunately that means we'll have to disabled the ethernet controller though.

are you playing on steam or ea launcher?

THEORY-
so far my guess is its an issue with amd or expo ram i think apex is acting like a ram virus and only removing unneeded info from page file until the ram is full and its causing stutters and my 4i4 to dc because its trying to remove unnecessary page files to make room for apex

THE RESEARCH SO FAR-
same for the last 48 hours and my 4i4 usb audio cuts out and i have to re attach it tot my voice meter potato and after that my computer continues to have issues for a while in other games afterwords ive ruled out over heating and driver issues it only happens when i play apex legends

 I'm running on steam no ea app installed i just installed the ea app and im gonna see if i still have issues on the app

edit1: ea app shows no difference altho it seems to function on my 5080 intel hx ai 9 laptop with same ram amount at ddr5 5600  while my desktop is ddr5 6000 amd 9800x3d and a 4090 32gb ram each 

im turning off voice meter and seeing if it shows any change ill be back after that.

edit2: i turned off voice meter and used base pc audio it shows no change

 ill try to download those apps on my intel laptop and see if i can reproduce the problem

Been almost a week now and no response 

The game is in a unplayable stat and I don't know how to fix it please I don't want a auto generated reply I want atleast a human to atleast try to see what's wrong please bro.

3.6B dollar game and i can't play without stuttering every 5 seconds 

I had the exactly the same issue today 5 lobbys had extreme lag and just disconnected from one server and lost 200rp deranked from d1 to d2. Apex has become useless

The only thing that could save this game is new engine, new anticheat, new netcode.

the least u can do is  to try update ur graphic card driver , lower game details , disable hpet use afterburner with caped fps.
