Missing all progress, skins, heirloom

Hello, i play this game for couple years on ps4 than i go connect to pc and all my things dissapear... only level stay and now i dont have all skins, hairloom but i have level and i have all badges. Can you please help me? I try to reconect but didnt work i unlinked ps4 account on pc relinkit and still nothing i log in to apex on my ps4 and i dont even have it there now. When i  try to text EA support it tells me that status is waiting for player and when i open it nothing happen so i cant comunicate with support or idk what have i done wrong. Please guys i need help i spend a lot money in it. Sorry for my English btw.
