Missing Apex Coins I purchased

Hello there,

I recently purchased a large quantity of apex coins for the new Gundam Event, However after purchasing I never recieved the coins in my account. I purchased these coins through the xbox store on my xbox. However I have already contacted Xbox Support 2 times requested by live support, and both times I was requested to contact EA support for this matter. 

Xbox Support said the purchase went through fine on their end and it said purchase completed in the order history. 

I have proof of purchase ready for this instance which I wont send here as it has personal information, but will be more than happy to send to an EA Member over support.
