Missing Apex Event Final Fantasy Packs

Hi There, I recently purchased 4350 coins on Apex and just used them on The Final Fantasy Event. I know I clicked Purchase 4-pack Bundle twice but I wanted to wait to open the packs all at once but they are missing now cause I should have move that 13/36 items collected. Note: I also using my crafting material for 4 packs.

Hit 4 pack bundle twice 8 packs in total which should put me at 24 items. I only have 13. Please advise.

    I also have this issue. Went trought the steps at help.EA.com and sent them three e-mails the last couple of days, even one with video of the incident. Noone has answered my e-mails, and my case have been updated to "fixed" on help.EA.com. It is not fixed. No new items in collection and have not received the two packs that are missing.

    @Assassin_chick26 Same thing happened to my. They just marked my case fixed without any replay and doing nothing. Hello apex team? do you wanna help on something? Or we just giving up about like literally stealing from people? People paid real money for it you know.
