My account was banned – I only use Revolution 5 Pro controller (No cheats!)

Hello everyone,

I’m here because I’m really frustrated about what happened to my account. It got banned even though I never used any cheats, AI tools, or any unfair software.

I play Apex Legends using a Revolution 5 Pro professional controller, and I use custom settings that I trained on for a long time:

🔹 4-3 Linear – No Dead Zone

🔹 Response Curve (custom – built for the controller)

These settings make my movement and aim faster, but they’re completely normal and available in the game, and many pro players use similar ones. Maybe my gameplay looked suspicious — but it’s simply practice + a high-end controller, nothing more.

I already contacted support several times, but I was rejected without any clear reason. That’s why I’m posting here, hoping for a fair review.

I respectfully request:

• A manual review of my gameplay / account logs
• Confirmation that I only use the Revolution 5 Pro controller with custom settings
• Removing the ban if no illegal tools are found

Apex Legends is my favorite game, and I’ve dedicated time and passion into it. Getting banned without a real reason is discouraging — I just want a chance to prove my innocence.
