My EA account was hacked and my email got changed

I've been trying to contact EA help for 2 months now and I've send the message trying to dispute my ban for quite a few times now. So the story is, most of my accounts related to my email was hacked including my EA account. The only reason i use my EA account is mostly for Apex Legends and the last I was online was on 13 October. I got an email in chinese from EA which I dont understand. I managed to log into my ea account back and change my email. But when trying to dispute the ban, I can see that the email is still not my email its this weird email(attached below) which isn't mine. I tried sending the dispute still but I haven't received a reply for weeks or months now. I think it could be the email problem.

So, I've submitted a ticket before but the steps were

However, the problem now is, my account is banned and I have to sort the ban out first to contact an agent. But, my email was changed so I can't contact the agent. Ive already changed it at the account details but it's still that weird email. Is there a way i can contact an agent without settling the ban? Cause i cant settle the ban if I cant change my email to my original email

Same thing happened to me. Seems the only solution is to try and get in contact with the live chat  but if they're experiencing high wait times the live chat isn't available. I'm on PC so I just downloaded the EA app and played theBF6 beta by downloading it with EA instead of steam.  Very frustrating. Same thing also happened to me with Ubisoft so I can't play rainbow 6. I just keep getting AI messages from Ubisoft saying they can't verify my account and they try to verify it by sending the email I don't have since it was hacked to verify it. Very annoying. Now the US wants to pass a law where you need your government ID to use sites like YouTube when companies can't even keep their data secure.  Ridiculous.

I have had my account hacked in a similar fashion and with the email changed to a Russian one. I have sent 3 support tickets in EA Help about it and had not received a email or anything for the past 2 weeks. But what is strange that on this i get nothing under "My Cases" about the support cases. What do?

Yo EA. You gonna respond to this thread or what ? It is laughable this still hasn't been solved or even addressed. Just another useless rich company.

Sorry about that. I just got mine back from EA Help Support. You just have to contact them. This might be a long text but i hope it helps someone who really needs it.

My account was hacked on the 16th of October, 2025 and after one week, I contacted EA Help Support. My initial email was changed, so I could not have access to it and it said that there was no EA account linked to this email, but I realised that the new email was a Russian email because it ended in ".ru". So this is what I did:

    1. I created a new EA account with a different email and used this link to open up a case: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
    2. I filled all the information (I also added an image of the mail I received that shows that my initial email address was changed. IN MY CASE, this email was in my SPAM folder. It had the full email that it was changed to).
    3. The moment I submitted my case, it sent me straight to a live chat to speak with someone (this might not be automatic to everyone, so if you are not redirected instantly to a live chat, an option to talk to someone becomes available when you submit the case).
    4. On the live chat, I started the conversation by copying the email that showed my initial email address was changed, and told the representative that it was hacked. so i needed help to reclaim my account. I just followed his instructions of verifying some codes he sent to my initial gmail account and changing my passwords.
    5. And I got it back. I never got to thank him because the chat just ended.

When i got it back, I realised the hacker had changed my EA ID, and had blocked all my friends on EA. so i reversed everything. AND THE NEXT THING WAS TO MAKE A 2-STEP VERIFICATION on EA.

PLEASE NOTE: I had also made a 2-step verification on my initial gmail account from google before submitting the case because if the person was able to hack your EA account, it could mean that he might still have access to your gmail messages.

    Hope this helps someone out!

ATTACHED FILE: The email I was talking about. If you cannot find it in your inbox, CHECK YOUR SPAM!. It will have the full email of the hacker.
