Community ManagerHey @WINCHEcass Account progress can reset like that when you unlink your platform account from your EA account. Have you made any similar changes to your account recently?
- @EA_Pulsar Before this, I had never unlinked my account. A few minutes ago, I entered EA to unlink my account and re associate it with Steam. However, the issue with my account remains unresolved as it remains at level 1 and the data has not been restored
