New issue with finding a game on Singapore servers

I have been experiencing a problem with the Singapore servers these last few days. Up until a few days ago, I could easily find a game within a couple of minutes. But now all of a sudden (only from the last three days), I haven’t been able to connect to a single game for three days despite being very patient with the matchmaking time. The player-count in the queue keeps fluctuating between 15-25 players and never goes above that. I’m starting to wonder if the problem might be something on my end. Could something in my internet settings have gone wonky? 

I reside in India and my ping on the Singapore servers is usually between 70-85. I tried connecting to the servers in Germany and Taiwan, and was able to do so successfully. I am playing on an Xbox One.
