Not loading into lobbies

Is there anyone that can help with this problem I am having as I am about to delete the game if it doesn’t get resolved soon.

every day I join up in a party with my friends and we search for a ranked game but whilst they go straight into a match I’m left behind in the lobby.

To take it one step further even if I make it into a match and am able to play, when I eventually get killed I am unable to return to lobby and I have to close the application and try start again.

I am playing on PC if that means anything.

    Hey @DeanO_G4MB1T,

    If you're not connecting to the actual game from the lobby, and are unable to return to the lobby afterwards, that typically is related to a connection issue of sorts.

    Have you tried going through these troubleshooting steps to see if that helps out at all? 

    If you go through those basic steps without any change, then I'd move on to try the steps outlined in this post, particularly those to flush and/or change your DNS.

    I have tried all of the suggested fixes including flushing and changing my DNS but I’m still sitting with the same issues.

    Whether I use an Ethernet cable or play over WiFi it doesn’t make a difference
