Packet loss & high ping on PS5 Apex Sydney server

I have the same problem.and i'm pretty sure this not my ISP problem.All network delays and packet drops only occur during game play, and are normal in the game lobby. Even during a game, just alt+tab to switch tabs will return the network to normal.
