ping issue in apex
in main menu my ping is 60 and 0 packet loss. but when im in game its gonna be 150-250 ping. can someone help me?

Could you verify that you have no system updates and no driver updates pending?

in the main menu I think that's because many people are connected in the lobby? (mine says 300ms) that's why it's lagging like * every season opening, but this time it shows the real ping in menu I guess?
The in-game ping is normal, althou the ping says 40ms when you press esc, but the ping from in-game stats says 30ms.

Hi @imhalseyy Thanks for the update, can we try the following:
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

- @EA_Illium Despite being on pc, console also have this issue from what i heard. This problem started from the beginning of the Anniversary update patch. Great connection from pc to router via ethernet and latency will spike up to 150ms on my own native servers, as well as friends on theirs.
Some matches will be pretty stable. others will be twice or even three times the normal latency.
During scrims various streamers also had very high ping some matches and normal ping the rest of the time.
This issue has persisted for quite awhile now with consistancy.
At the time of writing this, before launching the game ping shows as normal
getting into the lobby shows 10x, and hitting escape multiple times to refresh that number, it will change going from 30 - 100 - 150 - 130.
and i am certain that it isn't just me who is having this problem.This game turned into *, 85% of my game is lagging at 200-300ms. when the normal ping should be 15ms (which also shown in server list), this being going on since s16
