Problems with stuttering/lag for last 48 hours in Europe.

I play Apex in EU and for the last couple of days the game has been very laggy and stuttery. Every 2-10 seconds I will get a little skip like the game is missing frames and suddenly I teleport forwards. My framerate is not showing any drops at all.

I am connecting to EU data centers (belgium, frankfurt etc.) but the problem seems to persist across all of them. Some games are worse than others... occasionally when the stuttering is bad enough I will start to get the "prediction error" warning showing on screen, but often I am getting little freezes without that showing.

I am running GTX1080ti with gsync... in firing range things are smooth. Everything is updated and I have tested my internet connection and am getting good consistent upload and dload speeds with no packet loss.

On this page https://gameserverping.com/apex all the EU data centers are showing 30-40ms BUT they are prone to spiking every few refreshes and suddenly jump from 30ms to 100ms-200ms and then back down.

Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this or diagnose it? It is getting really annoying and the game is mostly unplayable.
