Purchase for coins not showing in game?

My son made a purchase for Apex coins, transaction was successful and the balance was taken off of his gift card but the coins are not showing in his balance on the game. It’s been over 24hrs since p...

Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. Let me know what happens.

@EA_Aljo No luck! There must be an easier way? I had an email sent to me this morning to say thanks for the purchase and that it’s been completed. My son has been on there and they still haven’t been credited to his account

    The best I can advise is to keep trying with opening a case. I'm very sorry, but there is nothing we can do to help with missing coins over Answers HQ.

    But when i open a case and submitted, didnt see in my cases.its a bug?

    If you don't see any cases, it either didn't get submitted or you're logging in to the wrong account.
