Re: 1 players in queue

  • Hi i keep having this problems where i am stuck in a one player in queue situation, may i know how to solve it on PS5

    I'd say YES, but it's not so obvious. I started playing after a long stop of almost one year, I played without any problem the whole past week. Suddenly, it stopped to let me join any queue. So I can say that it happened after the cross progression for sure, but dunno if related to or not.

    N.b. I don't have any connection/any further issue with all the other games. Only Apex legends, no bad connection, etc. 

    No bad speech since I'm playing without microphone lol

  • I played the whole morning before cross progression then i went away restarted game, cross progression happened, and from then on i get suck in queue, its been 3 days now and i get stuck with a few players in queue endlessly. So my game is literally broken

    It was perfectly fine yesterday then I tried to play one after I got out of a game and then it just started out of the blue

    Yeah, I can confirm. Since I for crossprogression I got the same problem, and don't know how to solve it. Maybe it could be because before getting the prompt I linked my psn account to my main account, because I had it linked to another account before. And because of that 1 month before cross progression the progress between a level 0 new player(since progress doesn't share through account's) and my old level 50 on the separate account kinda conflicted and my account was in a state where I couldn't enter match or swap character and load the store. But when I got cross progression this issue solver and now only my main account progress is active but I have this stuck on matchmaking issue now. 

  • @Tresvsss Hi, your not alone, we are gathering as many people as possible since this is a really horrible bug that apex support team refuse to fix.
    So i will describe the symptoms of your problem and please confirm them for me: if you go to the firing range your Ping will be very high, you can't find a game no matter how much time you are searching, if you go to the EA website and you check the history of bans for your account it will show that you have a ban the 27 OCT 2023 between 10pm and 12pmUTC, this ban is from pc but it couldn't be because you havent played pc version in atleast over a year.....     exactly my acc was banned without any reason on 28th october 20223 now the bans overturned but says no players in queue but the fresh account i just made has no problem finding matches
