Thanks for letting us know about this, can you try to following things if you haven't already to see if they change anything?

• Check for system and driver udpates
• Allow Apex through any Anti-Virus or Firewall
• Clear Origin Cache  
• Repair Apex Via Origin (or verify from Steam)

If you continue seeing this would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
