Re: Apex stuck at loading screen infinitely

Do you happen to have a PiHole running on your network? I had this issue and fixed it by whitelisting everything related to amazontrust in blocked queries.

    I do, so that's really interesting. I tried disabling my pihole for 5min and see if that worked but it didn't. I was able to get a hold of EA support and they said "I just checked with our team and yes, we have received similar contacts from other players also. The good thing is that our concerned team is aware of the issue and already working on a fix of the issue. So no need to worry as the issue is not from your end and should be fixed really soon. The issue was reported on 5th August."

    I checked my windows event viewer when I would launch the game and it would show an Error for Event ID: 36876 which states that "The certificate received from the remote server has not validated correctly". An buddy of mine said it sounded like a hardware ban of sorts.

    @speedx7 This totally worked! I had to whitelist all the amazon queries being blocked by the pihole when I launched the game. You're a lifesaver man
