Thanks!  I took a look at that file and here are a few things to run through for this

PC steps

• Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates 
• Default your game to the high-performance GPU, Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
• Manually update Nvidia drivers here  but when you install them, do a fresh install so it deletes any older ones
  
• Check for Windows Updates along with any optional updates
  Clear your Steam Cache folder
