Now we have been seeing some strange issues on accounts that played during a specific period on Tuesday.
@axeman116 Can I check if you played any ranked in the 2 hours after the patch deploy on Tuesday?
That'd by 8AM - 10AM PST, or 3PM-5PM UTC.
No, I played rank almost 8 hours after the update(9pm EST time) was released.

Can I check what region you're in, and if you use a VPN. If you connect to a data center outside your region, can I check where you connect to? Also, is your system set to a language other than English?
Sorry for the barrage of questions, but the answers might help illuminate us on why this is happening.

My region is USA, English is Language.
I play on PS4 and my psn is nva_whycookies
I was masters and got demoted to plat 2. Imagine grinding to #4,000 and then getting reset after you are excited for the lost treasures update. I also use no vpn and my internet is plugged into my PS4. Never changed anything with my settings.
Will this be fixed? Will I be plat 2 for second split? Or will I be punished for putting too many hours into ranked?
