Hey, @Denis_FpsTTV  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 
 
You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Apex and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
 
Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

    @EA_Atic This is not a us issue no matter what we do to our pc its same results. Something is horribly off with apex and the patcher it self at the moment. My anti cheat for origin is pre loading with windows boot up. I have tried to repair both game patcher and anti cheat with no success. None of the options you list sadly will help anymore its def not on our end.
