Got it, thanks. Looking at your DxDiag I'm not seeing any display devices at all. I looked up the model of Acer laptop you're using, and it should have an NVIDIA GTX CPU installed. If the PC isn't detecting the video card that might be what's causing the crashes. It might be running on integrated Intel graphics instead of using the GPU.
Have you checked to see if you've got any video drivers installed for the NVIDIA card? For more info on how to download them check out the EA Help site. Let me know if that helps at all.

- @EA_Kent All of my drivers are up to date, but problem still occurs.
- @GojialGhul Are you crashing instantly or every 1-2 hours?
- @MoNosDirtyGaming It's at random.
- @MoNosDirtyGaming Like everything can be smooth one second, and then audio starts to cut-out, then freezing, then a crash.
@GojialGhul
I've just checked and someone else had the same issue as you a long time ago, he also left a solution, possibly try that. It's his third post.

Hey @doodskieter-GCC,
Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference for you? Looking at the DxDiag you attached I noticed some other software crashes happening, and I'm curious if any of those are related to the crashes you're seeing with Apex Legends. If that's the case then a clean boot might help stop the crashes from happening.
You can find more details on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Once you're able to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

- @EA_Kent No defrence. I have even downloaded the drivers from Asus. My son has a Intel based system with nvidea and he has absolutely no issues and we on the same net. I have a all amd and I think that could be the issue. Something about amd and apex don't gel. Might be wrong but it's the only thing that's the factor. I play pubg, fortnite any other game you can name and it works perfect. Only apex having these issues so common denomination has to be apex

It could actually be an audio driver issue as well. If the audio drivers are crashing that may be a factor. Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers to see if that makes any difference at all?
You can find more information on how to reinstall or repair them over at the Microsoft Support Website. The section titled Fix your audio drivers on the page I linked has more details. Let me know if that makes any difference at all for you.
Thanks again!

I think i cracked the code.. I use to move the folder from hard disk to another disk on my pc.. Where you start the download, pause then copy apex folder across. I think somewhere along the line a file must of gone crazy.. I uninstalled and re installed on steam as fresh install and seems to have done the trick.. So far so good. Maybe it was the issue all along
Hey there.. I uninstalled on origin and fresh install from steam... All good now

Thanks for letting me know! I'm glad to hear that helped.
Did you also try moving the install folder at some point? Were you able to try a fresh install through Steam to see if that helps in your case as well?

I saw a handful of people mentioning recently that these stutters were only happening on the most recent NVIDIA drivers. Can you try rolling back to an earlier driver to see if that makes any difference for you?
Let me know if you're still seeing the same issues happening on a previous driver. Thanks!

- @EA_Kent Hi kent.. Ja man i really think its the game dude.. I have installed every driver know to man reformatted my pc... it has to be the game.. Every other game works like clockwork. Im afraid apex has lost me and most likely many more players..I recorded a vid of my game and you shall see its un playable. Its so sad to see such a nice game turn to this.. i am very disapointed in EA to say the least..
I can send you a video of my gameplay to see exactly what happens.. It makes me sick to my stomach
send me a email link or address so I can send the video only since Season 8 its done this
