Unfortunately I don't have another account. Does this sound like something I should make a ticket for? I wasn't sure if forums or ticket was the best approach on this problem.

It's really up to your preference. Answers HQ is a place where players can help each other with questions, but if you'd prefer speaking to the EA Help team you're welcome to make a case with them instead.
That said, I'm really unsure as to what could be causing this to happen. I'll reach out and see if I can find out anything more on this.

I don't play on any other platforms, only have the one account, and only play on ps4.
I tried chat and they had me try rebooting in safe mode and do database rebuild but that didn't work either. They suggested posting in bug reports. Is that a lot different that technical issues? Just don't know what options I have left, I thought chat was like making a "ticket" but I may be confused.

Do you have access to any other platforms you could use to sign into Apex Legends, such as PC or Xbox? I am really curious if this only happens on PlayStation, or if you run into the same issues on any other platforms as well./Kent
I installed it on my PC and tried it on Origin but I need to be lvl 10 to join clubs so I gotta find time to play on PC before I can see if have same result.
Thought I'd let you know, after the last patch that mentioned it had club fixes, I tried changing clubs again to see if there was any difference. And finally my club tab is working! I'm not sure if it was coincidence or actually helped but everything seems to be fine now finally with how my clubs work.
