I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to investigate this and see if the ban can be lifted and it sounds like they have. 

If they determined that the ban was correctly applied and should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
