The first attached image is the screenshot of my rank stats after split 1 and is currently what's shown as Platinum 2.

The second attached image is the screenshot of my rank stats right after the ranked split 1 ended.

Please see the attached screenshot from my Apex account here. The Season 21 Split 1 displays Silver II, but it is supposed to be Platinum IV.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.  Here is my before rank as you can see the days.  Then the other pic is currently showing the wrong badge for split one.  I don't care about a bug just want to make sure the grind we get the promised rewards is all.  thanks again.  

Hi.  Is this a known bug and will we get the rewards that we worked for?  Hopefully some news as the season is coming to the end and hope we don't get swept under the carpet.  also just checking you received my pics as well.

Season 21 is now over and naturally I don't have the animated badge that I earned through extremely hard work.  Can someone please reach out to us and let us know that you care and are sorting this out?  I've attached photos already.  I have opened tickets that have been forced closed and one even said fixed but it is not.  Please advise???  thank you.  

This is the 23 time I've tried to reach out for help but get ignored.  Can someone reach out and fix my rank badge from Season 21.  I reached pred both splits  and for some reason the game is showing plat 2 for the first Split.  Here are the pics for proof.  Can anyone let me know if this will ever get fixed?  thank you, 

Here are pictures of my stats for s22, I hit masters first split, first time EVER hitting masters, and the day of the split it showed I was at plat 2 which is the normal, but it showed I only hit plat 2 the first split

Hey brother sorry but you gotta just hear this, you aren't getting your badges they don't care about the community unless it makes them money. I've never seen anyone get their rewards after this bug, not even big streamers that complained about it.
