Re: Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!
Hey @ImNotMarcus,
Do you have access to your PlayStation still to try signing in there? Alternatively, have you tried signing back in on Steam since taking that initial look to see what was missing?
I'm not showing your account has fully gone through that process, but your PlayStation account should be the primary one once you do. If you've been sitting at a lobby/login screen anywhere, try logging out for a good 10 minutes before launching the game again.
From there try logging back in and checking whether hopping into the Firing Range or signing in on PlayStation gets things to pop up properly, if you still have access there. Let me know if that doesn't do the trick.
This sounds like you had unlinked an account, is that right?
If you've unlinked your PC account to try moving that to your Xbox account, that will not transfer any progress. You will lose access to the progress you had on your PC account.
Progress is stored at the EA account level, not on individual platforms. When you unlink from your EA account, you're losing access to that progress.
To try restoring access, you would just need to re-link your PC account to its original EA account. If you run into trouble with that, please contact support so they can look into re-linking the accounts.
Here's more information regarding separate EA account progress in our guides below!

I'm not sure which message you're seeing, but it's either telling you your Xbox account is currently linked to a different EA account, or that it cannot be linked to your current EA account because this had a different Xbox account linked in the past.
Keep in mind that since you're trying to link your Xbox account to this EA account, that's already going to cause a loss of progress for anything you had on the Xbox account. Your Xbox account is/was already linked to another EA account, which is where the progress from that account is saved. Moving the Xbox account will not transfer or merge that progress.
It is not possible to transfer any progress from one EA account to another, so if you had progress on the Xbox account and are trying to restore that progress, you'll need to re-link the Xbox to the original EA account.
If you run into any trouble getting the correct accounts linked, please contact support so they can discuss the details and options with you. Keep in mind they are also unable to transfer any progress between separate EA accounts.
Did you unlink your Xbox account to move it over to this current EA account?
That would be why you're not seeing any of that progress from the Xbox account. Progress cannot be transferred to a different EA account, so you'd need to re-link your Xbox to that prior EA account if you're trying to restore that progress.
If you have a new PC account you can just create one on that other EA account instead once you've re-linked your Xbox there, and it will have access to the content on that account.
If you have progress on this PC account you were hoping to keep as well, there would not be a way to merge that with the progress from the earlier EA account unfortunately.
