Re: lost account start with level 1

It looks like the EA Account you're posting with was just created recently.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Since you're playing on a new account you wouldn't have your old progress.

Please check any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past. If you have any trouble locating or accessing an account, you'll need to contact support directly so they can assist.

I buy dlc at 2022 and play since APEX was released.
Recently i log in and find it all gone!!!
Also with my EA account. The account is correct and the password is incorrect, but I retrieved the password using my email.
Not only my APEX data, but also my Battlefield V data is gone, all game data is gone!!!
I don't know why and can you help me recover my account data?
I really need your help！！！

If you search for server data before July 6th, you will find that my account has been active, not recently registered

Hey @NON-Humana,

The EA Account you're posting with now was just created recently.

If you had played before this, it was on a different EA Account.

You'll need to check any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past to try and locate the one that has your game progress.

That is not a different EA Account.
It is this EA Account.I can guarantee it.
Because I did not have an other account and I only play EA games with this account.
If you search for backups of the database you will konw I am telling the truth.
And now I am helpless,because you don't trust me at all.
