This can happen if your PSN and EA Accounts have been unlinked.
If you re-link the original account that should recover your original content and unlocks.

I'd like to reconnect it but I don't know how to unsubscribe it in playstation
Community ManagerHey @puntykiller, you should be able to go through these steps to try re-linking a platform to your EA Account.
This can be linked completely independently of any subscriptions you may have active.
If you're having any trouble re-linking this please reach out to our support.
If you're running into trouble cancelling or changing a subscription via PlayStation, it may be best to contact PlayStation support instead.
