Re: mirage and kraber twitch prime skin not redeeming in-game

Also, just FYI, I've logged out of Origin and logged back in a few times and still no sign of the skins!

    I am having the same issue. Every time I go in and try to claim the item, it tells me I have already claimed the item. I log in to my apex legends game and it still isnt there. It hasnt shown up for a week now.

    @Tuinator Hey, they should show up as Night Watch for the Kraber, and Holo Man for Mirage. 

    @i_will_be_rb I could swear I saw the skins on your account yesterday, but they're not there when I look today, so I may have made a mistake.

    It looks like the Twitch skins for earlier in the season are still present, did anything change with your Twitch Prime membership since those appeared?

  • No, I still have an active Amazon Prime account. Could it be that they're being pushed to XBox and not PC? I had an Xbox account briefly associated with my account as I was playing with my friend on his XBox, but that account has been removed as of yesterday. My main platform is PC. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

    It hypothetically could have, but I did check the linked Xbox account before and there were no skins. 

    You could try re-linking your twitch account, that's helped with some issues in the past. 

  • Hi David,

    Why was this marked as solved? Myself and plenty of people are still having issues with this. I've again tried linking my accounts a number of times, and even unlinked my EA account to Twitch and relinked them, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

    Any update on this?

    Hi, if your skins aren't showing up, please reach out to support, they can take a closer look. 

    @i_will_be_rb We didn't mark it as solution but there were lots of cases where the items were indeed correctly delivered, but they weren't properly marked in players inventory, perhaps that's why it was marked as such. 


    We can't see the items in your account, so contacting support is the way to go.
