Hmm, that's strange. Are you getting any errors at all when you start a case?
You could try clearing your browser's cache in case there's files in there that are causing issues with our help site. Just note that doing that means that you'll have to sign in everywhere again, which can be a hassle. - @EA_QueenBee emmm,but i have try chrome and edge ,both of them can not success creat a case

- @EA_QueenBee error is i can not get any case back, after i finished the information it will only "Your case has been submitted, our advisor will contact you soon!" but no one connect with me
emmm, i just check my apex account , i still not receive my coins ,it has been 24h already ,could u help me?

Alright, if you still haven't received your coins, then something has gone wrong. I'll share the link to our live support again, but this time, maybe it's an idea to try to reach out via a chat instead of an email? There are plenty of options for reaching out via a chat; try selecting "Check order status" as your issue. Let me know if that helps.
