Hello @PingMeVK47Plz,

as much as you think that you're logged into the right account, it looks like you might've accidentally logged into the wrong account or linked a different EA account to your steam account. 

Please check here if your account is linked with the correct accounts and if necessary contact EA Support.

  • I can be certain that I am not logged into the wrong account, and I have discovered some new clues: in the "deleted" folder of the email I am using, I found several verification code emails and an email showing that I have changed my email address and EA account to [edit: email address removed] . But in reality, I didn't do anything at all. I clicked on the blue link according to the email prompt 'If you never made this change, please change your email address back' and wanted to try changing the email address back, but it showed that the link was not available. I think it may not be a game issue, but my EA account has been hacked? I would like to know how to restore my EA account

  • @EA_Pythia Thank you very much for your help, but there is still one thing: I tried to contact EA Support as you said. I followed the steps to fill out the form on the webpage, and finally sent an email. The page displayed "WE REVIVED YOU CASE", but I did not find the case I just submitted in the "My case" column. Is this normal? How long can I get help?

    @PingMeVK47Plz,

    considering you suspect that you've been hacked, I would recommend contacting support through the live chat option - e-mails can take a few days to be processed and an issue like a hack is a more sensitive topic that is best discussed and fixed in a live chat.
