I am sorry to here that the ToS team has concluded their investigations and that it did not work in your favor.

You did mention something about internet cafe's and or using them.

Were you playing at an internet café previously? If so that is not a good thing as one does not know what is installed on those platforms and all sorts of bad stuff can happen to all sorts of accounts used on internet cafe's.

If you are back to gaming I would suggest avoiding internet cafe's for gaming, surfing the net for info is fine at them but I would never use any personal accounts and or gaming accounts on them.

The forum is here for us, players, to help each other out where we can, I assure you that I am not a bot, that I am a forum member and volunteer and I feel that I do provide others with useful information. It is however not in the power of any forum user to assist with Bans and or suspensions other than providing people with information regarding the correct procedures regarding Bans and or suspensions.

  • @Asmodeus566 Some time ago, due to work reasons, I played in the Internet cafe for a few days, and I recharged EA PLAY, and there is a new prestige skin,
    But I have not used any cheating software!
    This result is unacceptable to me, I need a survey result, not a simple sentence.

    Like I said before we can not provide any assistance here on the forum. 

    I do not know why this has happened to you but using an untrusted source to access your account may have been the problem but that is on you as protecting your account is your responsibility. 

    Your only option to dispute the Ban is with the ToS and if they have sent you info regarding that all investigative options have been performed and that the action on your account is final then I do not think you have any other choice than to accept that. 

    No amount of posting here about that will alter the ToS decision are garner you a different outcome.

    I am sorry to hear that our ToS team has not given you a positive response on your case. Unfortunately we don't work on account issues such as ToS cases here on the forums. We help players with game issues, bugs or chat about the games we publish, but we cannot help with any account related cases. 

    If you have tried multiple times with our ToS team the investigation has been performed multiple times, and they have not found any evidence that your sanction was unjustified. I am utterly sorry that I don't have any better news for you, but there is nothing we can help you with via the forums.

  • @EA_rephii I need a survey result. I have recharged more than 2,000 dollars in APEX legend. If it is just a sentence, it does not convince me. I spent time and money to support you, but you banned my account, and I can't accept it without evidence!

    as @EA_rephii and I have Clearly Explained to you. No one here on the Forum can help you with your issue, no amount of posting about it here in the forum will help you in any way.

    Please understand that is handled solely by the ToS team and no one here on the Forum is a part of that team.

    I understand the frustration that you have but our hands are tied here.
