Hi @ninchua,
Looking at potential false positives would be part of the process when the Terms of Service team reviews an appeal. That's not something that can be done via the forums I'm afraid. - ninchua2 years agoRising Novice
Hi @EA_Mako ,
that is true, but thanks to the forum it is possible to realize that there is a problem on anticheat and that this affects more people.
Then, if even then it is a completely useless thing then I will stop here and thank you for your answers so far.Regards
ninchua

Hi @ninchua , any news on this? I am having the same exact situation. my appeals get declined over and over again. Now they stated I should not expect further responds on my cases.

Hi @Ghassiz ,
the only new thing is that they sent me this (attachment) and no more answers.
I mean they checked I sent more than one email and they answered they're working on it, meanwhile they declined all of it without any answer at all.
Still banned and still not knowing why.

Hi @ninchua did you contact them directly via email or have you filed a dispute on this? Last respond I got to not expect further responds at all on my cases.

Hi @Ghassiz ,
I go through my-ban-history and click on dispute then there's a suggest section in which it is written to send an email. Then a form with few info, then the form with subject and description, send, that's it.

Useless update: still not cheating, still banned and still trying with emails.
The funny thing is that I am playing with the same pc, same configuration, same software (no format or else), different account.
The only difference is that if the EAC crashes for some reason, thing that is happening less than before, now I reboot instantly.
