Re: Packs

Hey @gladdress0,

Your merged account will use the number of packs opened on your primary (highest level) account, so in this example the pack timer would be at 300 packs if your PlayStation account was the primary.

  • Thanks for you answer! So it means no matter how many packs I open now on PC, it does relate to my PS pack number, right?

Assuming you don't pass 300 packs opened before the merge, it wouldn't matter, correct.

It will use your primary account for the pack count when the Cross Progression merge takes place, whichever one that may be.

AFTER the merge takes place however, any packs you open across platforms will count towards the same timer.
  • Hi,Mako. 2nd, April night, I spent 20dollars to buy 2 event packs and got the universal heirloom, now I found it all gone. I want my heirloom back please.

  • Quick question because it wasn't clear to me. If I started on console but then continued on PC and merged my account, the number of opened packs will not reset even if my console account has a higher lvl then my pc account.

  • I recently opened Apex Legend Heirloom shards, but didn’t purchase anything. Now they are missing from my account. Can I please get my shards back.
