Hey there,
here is something interesting, I tried login in from a different PS4, using my same PSN account, and it still crashes, looks like something about my account. I tried deleting my cloud and local save data, still didn't work. I will try creating a new PSN account and report on that as well.

Hey Kent,
one more follow up, I tried creating a new PSN account, and a new EA account to link it to, and it worked! so it's nothing to do with my hardware, but something to do with how EA manages/links my PSN to EA account from the looks of it.

It is strange that it would only be happening with a specific account. If you haven't already can you try changing the password on your EA Account to see if that makes any difference at all? We've seen some cases in the past where setting a different password can help with issues connecting to the game.

Hey Kent,
i tried changing my password, unfortunately didn't work, still crashes when I try to login. Last night I did create a new PSN and EA account so I could play, but unfortunately I lost everything I had earned and purchased (characters, skins, levels, stats, etc) from my original account.
I am willing to try anything, just let me know, I am desperate at this point.

I appreciate you giving it a shot. I'm sorry to hear it's still giving you trouble. What's especially curious to me is that it still happened when you tried logging into a different console.
This may be an issue that's related to the EA Account itself, but unfortunately that isn't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. When you have the chance I would recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can bring up your account and take a look. They may be able to see if there is an account-specific issue that's causing this to happen.
