@EA_Barry hello and thank you for your reply, is there anywhere I can write a formal email to, or do I have to wait the possible 30 days mentioned in the post, I just want this to go as smoothly as possible and I feel like I won't really get a fair chance otherwise, I have spent a fair bit of time and money on the game as well back when I played it with my friends. I have been through a similar scenario with support before on another game and even though I had evidence of my account being taken nothing was done to recover it. I'm sorry for the long message but I'm in a bit of distress as of now.
