Re: UNABLE TO PURCHASE APEX COINS - ORIGIN APP

I personally don't know anyone else who plays except me and my partner. And yes he has encountered the same issue and hasn't been able to purchase as well. We contacted someone via EA support a while ago, and I've reinstalled and cleared my cache as recommended, and they mentioned it should be good in a few days but it hasn't. We just hope this issue gets resolved before the new battle pass and character comes out ☹️ but so far our expectations has been going down due to this issue.

    Thanks for the extra info, and yep hopefully this can get straightened out.

    check a few other things and a potential workaround, are you using a VPN or proxy? Do you have the option to test with another connection, or to make the purchase via mobile browser?

    It may help to have your partner's account name too, if you're willing to DM that to me.
  • We used a VPN before but it was long before this issue came up. We don't us a proxy and haven't tried purchasing via mobile browser yet (I never knew you can even do this). We don't have another connection at home other than our neighbors.

  • I was wondering if it's still possible to redeem apex coins using a code bought online?

    Using a VPN prior to this might be causing some issues now, will need to confirm that.

    Codes redeemed online that support your region should work if redeemed via Origin but would need to be from a legit vendor (like Amazon).

    On your ea.com account, is your country/region matching where you currently live?
