Seems like the website is down. does that mean you guys make it hard for a reason ? 

Also he liked playing on my account because of the skins I had and i wont be making him an account

And I have been disputing it but nothing seems to be done about it. it would be great if EA could cater to the community a bit more

    Hi @LilWhiteRabbit0,

    We do not permit account sharing, so we wouldn't be able to assist with getting around an account ban to help someone other than the registered account owner access an account, I'm afraid.

    You're able to submit multiple appeals for our Terms of Service team to consider, but if they've already reviewed the appeals and declined to removed the penalty, we wouldn't be able to make any changes here either.
