There is no way to opt out of Cross Progression. Even if you hit escape that will just clear the message, not cancel the process.
At this point all accounts have Cross Progression enabled. 🙂

My psn account was not linked when i received the message, now i have linked it but haven't any crossprogression.

Linking accounts does not give you cross progression. Please read the guide I've posted above.
You cannot transfer progress from one EA account to another, so if you linked your PSN account to this EA account, none of the progress would transfer with it.
You'll need to re-link your PSN and original EA accounts if you're trying to recover any lost progress. I know, but my psn account was originally linked to my old ea account, so i have linked it to my main EA account, and after a few days i received the prompt for crossprogression on my old EA account. Then, i have linked again my psn to my old EA account where it was originally linked thanks to your customer's support and now i can't make the crossprogression message appear again.
and so why i didn't get it on my main main EA account ?
