  • Happening to me on xbox account "Mammoth on Fire". Haven't played in about 3 or so weeks, tried to get on today for first time this season and just keep getting booted back to title. My friend's xbox account does this too. Can't really just make a new account on xbox due to gold, not to mention we have a lot of stats and unlocks...

  • I have this problem too. I sit on this two days when I give up. This is something about account.

  • @EA_Kent Hey! Well, is there news? Or will EA continue to remain silent, not informing the players of any information about the stage at which the solution to this problem is? You know, this is offensive, because they completely do not make it clear to the players that they know about it, they are worried, and they are trying to solve it. You can only "understand" this from your messages on the forum. I looked through the license agreement, and now I understand that I have every right to seek positive action in my direction and in the direction of other players through the courts. I think a lot of people who have invested a lot of money in this game will want to join the cause if EA continues to treat the community that way.

    Hey everyone, 

    I'm sorry, but I don't have any updates to share on this issue. We've been passing these reports along as they come in, and the team is still working to get this fixed. Right now I don't have a time frame on when this might be resolved. 

    If I do hear back with any updates I'll be sure to let everyone know. I appreciate your continued patience on this. I know it's a frustrating issue to deal with, and I hope it will be sorted out soon.
