My EA account penalty history shows no penalties, but when I launch Apex Legends, it detects that I'm banned. Can this be resolved?

My EA account penalty history shows no penalties, but when I launch Apex Legends, it detects that I'm banned. Can this be resolved?
bullg357 For some reason, some bans don't appear in your Ban History.
Also, since you mentioned a ban on the account, you should of gotten an email regarding the ban, (which may be in your email's spam folder), and you would need to appeal the ban with the EA TOS Team as bans cannot be handled here on the forums.
I have the same problem.
bullg357 & TCG-Rushi Sadly, (as mentioned above), bans cannot be handled here on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.
