Regarding Account Penalties
My EA account penalty history shows no penalties, but when I launch Apex Legends, it detects that I'm banned. Can this be resolved?

Midnight9746 I haven't received anything in my spam mail and no response from support.
bullg357 If the ban was more than a month ago, then most email services, (such as Google), would automatically delete spam emails after 30 days.
If the ban was more recent, it may had been sent to a different email, (so make sure you are checking the right email).
