Request for Review – Apex Legends Account Ban

Hello EA Community and Support,

 

I’m reaching out to request a thorough review of my Apex Legends account ban. I have always played legitimately and never engaged in cheating or breaking the rules. The ban appears to have been triggered when my friend, who uses the same device, accidentally logged into my account thinking it was his own.

 

I can provide evidence including:

 

• Discord activity screenshots
• My YouTube channel with clean gameplay history
• IP logs showing both accounts use the same device

 

 

I’ve spent over 5 years, thousands of hours, and significant purchases building my account. I would never risk it for short-term gains.

 

Right now, I can’t even submit another appeal through EA Help, so I’m posting here in the hope that my case can still be reviewed.

 

I kindly ask the Terms of Service team to manually review my case and verify my clean history. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
