*REQUESTING RESPONSE* In re: Ranked Packet Loss March 2026
Please provide a solution for myself and my friends to the ongoing, persistent pack loss issue that is effecting ranked games as of recent. Specifically, these issues have become game disrupting this week (March 15th - Current) and exists on both East and Central servers (NA) for 1-2 people of a 3 man team. The packet loss occurs when playing cross platform (console and PC teammates), console cross platform (PS5 and Xbox teammates), and when queuing with teammates of the same console (Xbox three stack and/or PlayStation three stack).
All of these instances occur despite Ethernet connected devices, great upload and download speeds (fiber), and exceptional ping rates. The packet loss occurs in bursts and disrupts gameplay randomly throughout the course of the match. This occurs in every ranked match.
My post is not the only post concerning packet loss affecting ranked leagues as of late. I am requesting a response and adequate solutions to resolve this matter. None of which have been responded to or resolved.
Please advise.
