RTX3080+apex legends. Was perfect and started stuttering 3 days ago.

Two weeks ago finished my new build. Everything was max smooth i was so happy, and 3 days ago problem started to be without any reason. I play only apex legends on high level, and i started to fell microstutters, very often but its micro stutter, i have felling like my mouse and textures are blocked for miliseconds. This video show the same problem like mine BUT my FPS are stable 140 capped ( i didnt recognize itn games it goes down with stutter, or maybe its too fast to see that ). Most strange thing is i didnt change anything and game started stutter without any reason.

- its not my video but it looks the same, sometimes is smooth for sometimes sometimes stutter. My temperatures are ok, new brand pc 2 weeks ago builded, started stutter without any reason someday... When it stutter i fell it on mouse or on analog in controler too, not only visible.

my build:
mb Gigabyte Z490 AORUS ULTRA PROCESOR CORE i7-10700K 5.00 GHz FC-LGA14A
memory G.SKILL TridentZ RGB F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC (DDR4 4x8GB CL16)
graphic MSI GeForce RTX3080 VENTUS 3X 10G
disk SSD Silicon Power Ace A80 SP512GBP34A80M28 (512 GB ; M.2; PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4)
cooling CPU Cooler Master Masterliquid 360R RGB
box SilentiumPC Armis AR7X EVO TG ARGB
PSU MSI MPG A850GF (850Wat)

I Tryed to turn of HPET, nvidia reflex, change hz, cap uncap and a lot things like fullscreen optimalization, game mode on off. Today was rtx driver update i updated it but no changes. I was so mad on pc that i even formated PC, nothing changed the same effect microstutters in apex. I cant realize game was so smooth few days ago i was so happy with that pc and card, atm... no comment. If someone can help me to find problem i would be happy becouse game started stuttering when im predator rank #300 ... and i stoped grinding ranked becouse of that ☹️ im playing on controler and i have no chance to shot well with that stutters.

  • I have spent all night fixing this problem on my new build, maybe what I share here could help others. I can see from the video you have posted that it is very similar to my case where microstutter happens in fixed intervals. If you go to game settings and show fps i believe you will see micro drops every 1 or 2 seconds. Even if you are not moving or outside of the game and try to move the mouse in a steady speed you will notice the stutter.

In this case it's not your game, it's your setup, something is running in the background doing something on intervals and you gotta find it and get rid of it.

In my case it was "aorus lcd windows service" which sends gpu stats to the mini display on the gpu. Just stopped it and stutter is gone for good.
