season 21 heirlooms are still unequipping

Hello so the season 21 camed out today and I finded issue now. I have heirloon on my Caustic and when I started Trios on my banner I have the heriloom intro with him but when I arrive on ground I noticed I dont have any heirloom in game, so after match I checked in lobby if I have it equipped but I saw it I have it unequipped. I equippped it back and when I checked it back It unequip me it again.

does anyone have the same issue too?

    Been asking the same thing on Twitter but no response spent thousands on this game to not have it work

    @LadyPinkipie Yup same here with revenant. If you queue up as ready and then hurry into the spot and equip it and don’t back out it will stay on through that game but otherwise it just unequips again. Super annoying
