SERIOUS PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS ON ALL SYSTEMS

Ever since I believe the September 25th update the performance in this game has dropped significantly. You can no longer always get a stable 300 fps even when no combat is happening. EVEN ON THE HIGHEST END CPUs. Something is seriously wrong with the game right now and they really gotta fix it
