starting bug

My Apex Legends account is stuck in an infinite loading loop after the title screen.  
I have already:
- Updated drivers (RTX 3060)
- Cleared cache & config files
- Flushed DNS and reset network
- Disabled overlays and antivirus
- Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat

The issue happens even after deleting local configs and trying different data centers.  
This appears to be a corrupted account profile/cloud save issue.  

Please reset my Apex Legends cloud save/profile data on your servers so I can log in again.
