Still haven’t received my anniversary rewards

I’ve been in non stop back and forth emails with them that is essentially talking in circles. I still have not received my anniversary rewards after being stuck at 5,000 out of 6,000. I saw on Twitter that Respawn said they have finished disbursing missing rewards and I still haven’t received anything. Can someone help or connect me with anyone that can get me my stuff please. Really just wanted my Wattson sticker and missing apex packs :(
