I have the same problem here, it says complete orientation matches to unlock game modes, I was fine and able to play all game modes 2 days ago but now it won't even let me get into this "orientation match" to be able to unlock the game modes.

What happens when the bug occurs? I click on the Ready button in the main menu, and the game shows that I am attempting to load into the game, but will after a few seconds, remove me from the queue instead of loading me into a game. Happens with and without squadmates.
What should be happening instead? Load me into the game

Hello, I am attempting to load into a game of Apex, but while in the menu, after clicking "Ready" the game will allow me to queue for about 4-5 seconds, and then will drop me out of queue. There seems to be no reason for it. I got one message at the bottom of the "Ready" button that said "Matchmaking Banned" but I have not had any coorespondence from Respawn about any ban. This is also happening on a second PC in the house, as well as a squamate that I was joined up with.

A lot of people having problems rn,even apex pro/streamer players are creating private lobbys because its only way to play rn.Waiting for EA

What happens when the bug occurs? cant play the game. I signed in and it says orientation matches. Im level 397 and well past that stage.

I dont know what else to say about it. Something needs fixed. I have signed out and in several times and also tried to repair feature. nothing has made a difference. 

Yeah I just realized as well that it wouldn't let me que them as well hitting level 50 was the only thing that happened out of the ordinary but it appears to not be the cause.

i logged into the game and it took forever to get to the lobby screen. and then it says i need to play my orientation matches first. i shouldnt have to go through that again just to play ranked
